Worst service! Cashiers walk around and don’t seem to want to help others! Almost wild to think the store cannot internally handle a customer review and is begging to have them removed! You wouldn’t get bad reviews if you had great staff

Bought a gas dryer and propane conversion kit. They sold me the wrong conversion and then admitted they didn't carry the right one. I was then referred to a competitor for the right conversion. When returning the dryer I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and then the manager was less than friendly. Most of the time I shop the Wasilla Lowe's it goes fine and some employees have been great. However, the appliance lady needs more training and the manager needs an attitude adjustment.

The Wasilla Lowe's store is almost identical to Home Depot, but depending on where you live is far more centralized and may have an item that Home Depot does not have and vice versa. They suffer from the same issue that Home Depot does which is mainly about calling them to ask them any question. Most of the time if you call them to get something answered you get transferred to nowhere, somebody will hang up on you, or you may get misinformation. Don't get me wrong The store is excellent and the service inside is usually pretty darn good, but it can be very frustrating when you drive all the way over there to find out that an employee could have told you a piece of information or they did tell you they had something and it turns out they didn't. I'd like to give a shoutout to a Mr. Al Green and Dylan in the Wasilla Lowes Windows and Doors dept for outstanding service over the phone and in store. They went above and beyond assisting me with ordering a custom door. The entire process made me as the customer feel confident and valued which I didn't expect from a big box store. My husband also went to the store on a separate occasion and had the same experience in the Windows and Doors Dept with Dylan. These two gentleman make your 100th trip to the hardware store more enjoyable with their positive can-do attitudes. Keep up the good work!

Larissa deserves acknowledgment and I really appreciate her help. It was a tense situation in the back. Store is closed and my item was mini shelves high in the air. Larissa came by to help, I was a slight Bhead for a second, (I am sorry). She located the same item on Ground level🤦🏻‍♂️, And then help me get it into my vehicle. Very thankful for her and the team. 💪🔥
