Self check out worker (female) around 11:30-12ish on 2/6- My 2 year old was fussing so I took my kids outside while my husband paid for his things. The woman worker decided to make a remark about my children’s behavior to my husband. Completely uncalled for and it’s funny that she didn’t realize she was talking to the father of those children. (My kids acted fine, my 2 year old was fussing). Completely uncalled for.

My son is station in Fort-drum NY and had not received his package. I am located in Texas so I was highly disappointed that it was not received long story short I called the store and the assistant manager helped tremendously sent one of their lowe’s drivers out by the name of Blaine L which has served himself and knew exactly what to do he reached out to me and let me know he was in his way. Thank you all so much made this South Texas mama heart so happy!! He received his package. Merry Christmas!!!

I buy a lot of parts, you sell them individually which could be up-to 50+ items. You expect me to carry these out to my truck by hand? No bags? Home Depot has bags. - Going to Home Depot instead for now on. What a Joke.

Sarah was a good employee. She’s the sales specialist for appliance’s. It’s her first survey. We are probably buying the washer it’s up to my mother. I live in Florida. Sorry Sarah Rachel got the sale. She also got the wrist band. Next time I could In I’ll give you a wrist band. Rachel was also good!!! Kayla at the front helped us check out with a blower. Very nice lady.

Staff was pretty attentive and provided the support/help that was needed. I was not very knowledgeable on the products that I wanted ti purchase and they gave me great insights on how to approach on what to buy without trying to convince me on what to buy.
