I stopped by Lowe’s in Waxhaw for a small backyard project at my cousin house, and the store was almost fully stocked with everything I needed. One of the employees, Brayan, was really helpful he took the time to help me find every item for my project and made the whole trip easy. The store was clean, organized, and decorated beautifully for Christmas, which made the shopping experience even better. It was easy to park and get in and out without any hassle. Overall, great service, friendly staff, and a solid Lowe’s location for home projects.

Visited today with my wife and children in hopes of finding some indoor plants. Luckily we were able to. However, during the initial checkout in the garden center we had technology issues with unlocking our debit card. As fellow patrons got In line behind my wife and children, my wife informed the cashier whose name was Mike, that he could cancel our transaction and ring up the others in line while I was getting my debit card unlocked. Mike proceeded to tell my wife he would cancel the transaction but that he WOULD NOT ring up our 9 items again once we solved our issue. Instead, he instructed her to go inside and check ourselves out. I'm unsure when companies allow employees to decide when to and when not to do their job but if you are paid to ring up customers you should ring up customers

The plumbing department stocked 1” schedule 20 pipe in the bay where the 1” schedule 40 should be. After I point this out to the mastermind working in the plumbing department he replies “so do you have a question”. Of course… “where’s there schedule 40.” His reply is “it’s right there…” referring to the bin marked schedule 40 but stocked with all schedule 20… then he walks off. For gods sake don’t hire people that can’t tell the difference between schedule 20 and schedule 40 pvc and put them in the plumbing department.

This location really let the people of Waxhaw down this winter. No de-icer, no salt, no snow shovels. Literally nothing to help with the past few weeks of winter. Whoever manages this store should be ashamed. Poor inventory, poor ordering and poor customer service when you actually go there to get basic supplies. I will be driving myself to Home Depot near 485 from now on. This store deserve $0 of our money Waxhaw.

Whatever you do do not buy the craftsman generator or any other craftsman tools from Lowe’s. Once it leaves their store and it’s out of the box they don’t give a damn about it from that point on. Craftsman generators and gasoline powered equipment is junk. Stay away from it.
