My wife and I were in the Lowes in Waynesboro, Va shopping for a new front and patio door. Zee and Joshua helped us select the best options for our house. They were both very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for making it a positive experience!

I used to get everything from the Lowes in Waynesboro, until the guys at the pro desk tried to scam one of my best friends into trying to force the contractor to start building a deck that was quoted to be about 2x higher than what someone could have done it and they tried to lock them into the contract when they were way behind on work with other decks, they kept trying to ignore confrontation and avoid the calls from my friend, especially since the sales guy was getting a huge commission check out of the deal, even the manager was trying to ignore this whole situation until my friend decided to go to Corporate. There's been a growing amount of litter on your property that started way before the construction across the road began and it is negatively impacting the surrounding shops and area. As a business you are part of a community, maintaining the property really matters to the people who live and walk through the area every day. Businesses play an important role in community stewardship, and keeping the space clean makes a noticeable difference to everyone. I'm hoping you'd be willing to address the litter and put a regular plan in place. It would go along way toward showing care for the community you're part of. Thank you

Went there for a bathroom cabinet. Found one I liked at a great price. Team members were friendly and helpful. Gave me the info I needed. Spotted great Retro Refrigerators and lots of indoor plants as well as fabulous light fixtures.

Never has the basic stuff in stock. They have a silly system that allows fraud bc it says they have 17 rakes in stock bc one of my "lifetime warranty" rakes broke and went to get a replacement and they didn't actually have any at all. Told me to drive to Waynesboro maybe their count was right and they had one. They are getting worse and worse and simple things like gloves, screws , concrete adhesive etc is out. They have more staff than ever but no cashier's and no one can help you with anything. It's either their "first week" or their " last day" Lowe's is losing to Home Depot and if this is what has to happen to get good service, accurate online and in-store counts, and good products at fair prices then so be it.
