They actually called me and said the item I ordered was there but not the same price I paid and I’d have to pay more or not get it. I refused and said this was unacceptable and I wanted my item delivered for what I paid. It arrived 2 days late and looked like someone dragged it down the street. When I called to report it, they said I’d have to drive there and exchange it. When I said they needed to pick it up and deliver a new one, they put me on hold and never came back to the line. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I placed order the garden soil on March 4 and Lowe’s guarantee will delivery same day, but I waited 3 days, they still haven’t shipped out to me, I contact with them, Lowe’s blaming the third party, the company they hired to handle the transportation. As a customer, I'm now like a ball being kicked back and forth by them. So bad service, never work with Lowe’s any more

Bought a fridge from here. Delivery team did amazing. Everyone was nice and I commend them for putting up with me.

I had gone in early afternoon 11:a/12 p.m. ish. The store was busy but not that busy. Traffic was light parking available. The place was easy to find. They have handicap parking as well. I was looking for a certain item so there was a store member and I'd ask him for help. He wasn't quite sure where to look or if they had the item and sure enough he went to another member and asked him they were both very friendly and polite. Very helpful!!

Sebastian at the customer pick-up area was wonderful. There were multiple employees who offered to help me. I went for an off set toilet flange and mud. Plant stuff. Easy peasy trip to Lowes. Lots of parking but very busy. All the associates were very professional and helpful. The store was well stocked and organized. They have a rewards program, which is a ➕️ ➕️ ➕️
