Customer Reviews
Full disclosure: This review is a commentary on Lowes as a whole, but this local store needs to address one key problem so I find it fitting to post here. I purchased a tarp on Lowes' website last week and chose for it to be delivered to this store as I was concerned it might get damaged in the mail. I quickly picked it up before work and inspected it after leaving. The tarp had a 2 inch slice from a box cutter blade and with regards to that, should have never left the warehouse. That is my first issue. I returned it rather painlessly on Monday and was informed that the purchase would have to be returned to the original method of payment and I was told I was getting money back on a gift card. Again I was in a hurry so quickly pocketed the "gift card" I was given. Today while attempting
During my hour and change of being in this store, I saw approximately 2 employees and received absolutely no assistance even after asking for it. The store’s aisles are an absolute mess. Merchandise is scattered throughout, seemingly strewn around by both employees too lazy to properly stock their products and by other shoppers. Aisles aren’t properly blocked off by staff. Most are essentially blocked off by pallets of merchandise that seem like their only purpose is to take up space until someone complains about it. Overall remarkably unprofessional in customer service, cleanliness, and order. Seems like the patients are running the asylum
I have been working on a landscaping home-improvement project thus have been to this Lowe’s about four times this past week to pick up orders. My review today is as a result of some of the most exemplary employees I have been quite fortunate to have been assisted by. Sunday before last (10/26) I was assisted by Javerian and Caedon and Saturday (11/1) by Tecorian. I must say that these 3 certainly exemplify what any and all companies/corps seek to employ. All 3 of these fine young gentlemen were welcoming, kind, friendly, efficient and hard-working. I was also thanked by all three of these young men for shopping at Lowe’s. I have had some large heavy orders to pick up over this last week and these 3 team-members have ensured that they loaded my vehicle with care as to not scratch the i
Lowe's is my "go to" for work gear/supplies and at home DIY projects.
My experience at this Lowe’s was unbelievably frustrating thanks to two employees—Cameron and Daniel—whose combination of incompetence and the need to be right created one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had. We came in looking for a Christmas tree. The display tree was labeled as Balsam Hill, but the only box available said GE 7.5 ft Slim Aspen—two entirely different companies. The display tree had four different tags: two marked GE and two marked Balsam Hill. Because of the conflicting signage, we tried to be thorough: we pulled the coordinating box that matched the SKU on one of the display tags, and even that box did NOT match the Balsam Hill tree on display. The first employee told us, confidently but incorrectly, that GE and Balsam Hill were “the same thing.” Tha
