spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to find out if an order was shipped to the store. i tried to buy in store but couldnt order becuase there was 7 in network so i couldnt pay and wait to ship from other srore therefore its not on my order list kept getting the run around for 20 min only to be disconnected becuse nobody anwsered on the 3rd transfer. What kind of crazy system are you running Lowes

So, I'm constantly bumping my head on the lips of our RV slide outs, especiallyif I'm wearing a ball cap looking down. Ended up with some pretty good knots and cuts on my noggin. Luckily, Lowe's carries a ball cap liner that turns any ball cap into a bump cap. Who knew... Anyway, for $10 I'm a lot safer than before...

Amanda and Andrew were great! Found a beautiful medicine cabinet on Sale and thy were sold out in all the surrounding Lowe’s. They ended up taking the display down for us and we couldn’t be happier! They were the best!!!!

We ordered new bathroom cabinets for our bathroom, First we were called by the woman cabinet sales telling us that we had to buy or we would loose the Lowe’s special which ended up not being true. We then had someone com out and measure. They eventually delivered all the cabinets and put them in our garage. The installers came out and ripped out our old bathroom drawers and realized that the cabinet sizes were wrong. We had our bathroom stuff packed in boxes. The installers called Lowe’s and re-ordered the cabinets in the correct size. 2-3 weeks later..no cabinets. I kept calling Lowe’s because no one knew about the order. I eventually went to the Wildwood store manager, who pushed the problem to the cabinet manager who could have cared less. This went on for months…no cabinets. It was l
