Lowe's Home Improvement

One of my favorite places to go to, but then again I’m a guy. But my wife enjoys going here too there’s plenty for her to do there nowadays. They usually have everything I need for any project I’m doing and if not, they can help you get it. Plenty of parking usually plenty of people around the store to help you although they could put a few of them at the cash registers tell people check out. I’m not a fan of checking myself out and would rather leave then check myself out. There’s plenty from home repairs to garden to appliances you name it. You could spend a lot of money there. Thumbs up for Lowe’s in Edwardsville or at the arena hub Plaza store or even the Dickson city store. Free thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻!

I like this Lowe's. Always find helpful associates. Corey was very kind today and running all over the store helping people out. Good stock of items.

I purchased a hot water heater from Lowe's Wilkes Barre only to find out once home that they sold me a used hot water heater that did not work. I called them and they repeatedly said it was my fault. I spoke to Jed Straub and he basically said irs my fault. I returned the water heater and they wouldn't even look at me. I asked Vince ( another manager) if it was policy to sell used water heaters without informing the customer it was used and he said no. Also Jed told me on the phone they would not be able to verify if I was returning the old one 10 years old vs the one I just purchased yesterday. Now I have to pay another installation fee for the water heater I had to purchase through Home Depot. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Purchased a GE washer & dryer on 2/7/26 spending $2900! It was to be delivered on 2/9/26, so I took work off only to receive a text Monday that they pushed my delivery to Wednesday. I could not take Wednesday off, so I moved it to Saturday. They arrived on 2/14/26, they delivered the washer, but the dryer was broken. The delivery guy said it would be delivered the next day. The store could not even see that it wasn’t delivered. I called the distribution center and they told me they can’t bring one until Monday. I called the Wilkes-Barre store and the assistant manager said alls he can do is send them an email. Do NOT purchase from here!!!!

Older setup Lowe's but well maintained parking lot was in good shape carts were properly corralled. This Lowe's offers Dominic's of New York for food in front three out of the Four Seasons. All staff were properly uniforms and clean cut. Store seems to be very well staffed. Although this Lowe's does not have a smart home upscale section. This is an extremely busy Lowe's as well. Cleanliness inside of store was good. Bathrooms are a little dated but well kept and clean, only one set of bathrooms in the rear of the store.
