Was looking for washing machine lint traps, asked one of the workers if they might have any. One person was helping locate them but wasn’t sure the location, so he asked another worker there but blew us off, really rude gray haired man. I will remember what he looks like and I will ask someone else if I need assistance. It ended up with being out of stock. I went somewhere else, ( online) and bought there. Otherwise a great store.
If zero stars were an option I would rate you as a zero…I started the process of getting a front door replaced in October, it is March now & I am still waiting to have my door installed. I spend thousands of dollars on this door since it is not a standard sized door. It had to be custom made and it honestly cost a small fortune. It has been nothing but issue after issue, from incorrect measurements sent, to incorrect supplies ordered, and now 24 hours before I was scheduled to have the door installed there is yet another delay. Lowe’s uses only one installer for doors I was told, so I have no choice, but to wait until that one installer is available. I was here to picked a a few things today. Mainly for the snowblower. Getting ready for the storm. I only needed the Arians nonstick spray for their snowblower. Heard some good things about it. Regarding the store, the moment I walked in some guy came up to me and asked me how he could assist. Didn’t care I was only there to pick up probably less than $25 worth of items I needed just to be safe. He was helpful friendly pointed me in the right direction. I went and got what I needed on the way out. Then it hit me that I had to go to the bathroom. After paying for my stuff. With my hands full. A wonderful lady working was there. My review from yesterday didn’t post which I find really interesting. The main points were the service in store was terrible starting with customer service at the front desk to the department manager to the store manager. No one could answer why our order was cancelled and wanted nothing to do with helping us fix the issue. They kept pushing us to customer care who was equally unhelpful and said it was done by the system and there is nothing they can do about it. We used a $100 gift card towards our $400 purchase. Since the system cancelled our order the gift card has to be mailed back to us which will take 14 days. Customer care confirmed they will not honor the price for the items we ordered if they are no longer on sale. They also refused to send us a digital gift card so we could purch
Arrived at store at 10:30 Friday expecting to purchase a Toro leaf blower. The store website said the unit was available. I literally chased around three separate employees and multiple Staff either ignored me or tried to push me off onto other staff. I proceeded to the return desk and asked if they had the unit available or could help me, they call multiple staff and nobody responded. After five more minutes of any assistance, I left the store. The store had minimum shoppers and what looked like a full staff. Very frustrating, terrible customer service.
