I came in the other day to purchase some paint to touch up and there was some problems getting a good match. A very helpful associate named Drew took the time to ensure the color was as close as it could get. When I came home and painted it matched great! I am so relieved and pleased with this experience, and the help I received. Thank you Drew for your kindness.

Do not buy your appliances at Lowe's in Woburn! If I could leave less than a star, I would. The sales person was fine, but the delivery is terrible and the follow-up I'm in the midst of is ridiculous. First, the gas stove I bought arrived extremely dented, so I didn't accept it. Then, Lowe's re-delivered the next day, but this time without the kit I ordered to get the stove hooked up to the gas line. I already re-arranged the plumber (who has to come twice as it is for this install, before delivery to unhook and after to install). The plumber now has to pick up the gas install kit and bring it. I'm asking Lowe's for a refund on the gas line install kit they didn't deliver and to pay for the difference between their price and what the plumber will charge me. Seems like the least they can do

I just deleted a 1 star review and changed it to 5 stars based on one employees customer service. My original 1 dtar review was due to trying to get wire from locked cage and employees unable to help. An employee named Spencer provided excellent customer service. While he was getting the wire I needed he asked my if I was signed up with my lowes rewards. I had no idea about this program, he shared some details and convinced me to sign up. Hands down best customer service ive received at lowes. I will be shopping at that store more often now, thank you Lowes and thank you Spencer!
