I would like to thank Lyle at the pro desk for all his help. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond trying to find my 23-year-old roof tiles. A lot of times people will tell you they can't find something just because they don't want to put the effort, but Lyle was persistent and checked every avenue until finding them. Dealing with someone like Lyle is such a pleasure. He exemplifies what a great employee looks like. Thank you so much Lyle!

John Allen in the appliance department was beyond helpful. Great insight, great practical advice, and no upselling. Straight forward process that was incredibly easy. It is great employees like John Allen that make me a dedicated Lowe's customer.

Absolutely do not buy any home appliance from here. The folks at the store are fine, but their distribution center is extremely incompetent. I asked for a single washer and dryer and that was supposed to be next day delivery. Turns on the next day they break the unit in delivery. You will not believe what happens next. They reschedule it for the first thing the next morning and low and behold it's broken too. Except this time they struggle to tell me the damage as well. So the same company cannot deliver a single square back to back because they can't seem to protect the items in route. Losing company money and losing customers. That was the last straw for me

I must say the customer service in store is top tier. Every time I'm in there looking like Alice In Wonderland, someone pops up asking me if I need assistance. Its a pleasure not to have to walk around their store looking for an associate to help. In other "home" stores I spend alot of time looking for help. Also, they are very knowledgeable.

Normally I like Lowes. Right now I am EXREMELY unhappy with them. two and a half weeks ago I went in to buy a new fridge. My old one is on the fritz. Found one that my wife and I liked. Ordered it and waited for the delivery. It shows up and it's damaged. Dents and latch for door were badly dented and bent. Refused delivery and had another scheduled to be delivered. The second fridge shows up and the box is damaged and the back where the cooling lines are is dented in badly and the cooling lines are busted up. Refused again. Scheduled a new delivery. Third fridge show up today. Guess what? The front door is dented in real bad. So that's three refrigerators in two weeks that had to be sent back due to damage. They even tried to get my wife to except this last one and they would give a disco
