Came to get our Christmas tree in the middle of the week and we were very pleased with our selection and the men who helped us! Store was pretty well stocked overall and clean. Checkout was easy and staff were generally friendly. Really recommend this location!

Harbor freight in my go to location for tolls restoration supplies etc. the staff always goes out of their way to help, the store is well kept and very organized. They even have a bathroom that works. Aample parking. For the average hobbyist/ shade tree mechanic their tools are more than adequate for normal use which at the end of the day is going to save you a lot of money. The store is in my neighborhood and they see me at least once a week.

Placed an online pick up order twice, both were cancelled with no explanation. Called their number looking for a reason why it keeps getting cancelled. First phone call went through to a person, she said “it looks like it just says the order couldn’t be processed at this time. Maybe we don’t have it in stock?” I explained to the person, on your website all the things Im looking to pick up are all in stock. She says, “ok let me double check” then proceeds to hang up on me. Called a second time, a person picked up and didn’t say anything. I could hear the sound of the phone being picked up then placed down. Dead silent. After 30 minutes of waiting the call disconnected. Very unhelpful. Ordered from Home Depot instead.

today i needed customer service to help me purchase my large order and the young african american lady that answered the hon today February 10th 2026 at 4pm exactly was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I was asking her name and she refused to answer and kept handing up the phone and would not transfer the call to a supervisor. By far the WORST customer service i ever experienced in my life. this needs to be handled effectively.

1 star for delivery and customer service. Delivery had to be rescheduled cause they just didnt show up the first time and then when they did show up, they were supposed to install everything (and these are huge tool cabinets, weighing a ton) and refused to so, leaving me to push and shove just to get it through the door. Impossible to lift with 2 people without machinery of some kind, let alone me on me on my own (and I'm not petite) and now customer service (which took 5 calls to get through to) is telling me not only can they NOT reschedule an install, they'll also only compensate us $25. Way to go! Added photos, trash can for size. Seriously, how am I moving this on my own?? And update, after waiting for a manager to come to the phone for over 30min, they hung up on me.
