Purchased 1100 square feet of flooring from the Yuma Arizona store, which was supposed to be delivered on 3/5 and was given a 4 hour window. I took the time off work and later get an email stating my tile would be delivered 3/7, and later confirm thru their automated text. As I'm waiting on 3/7 for my delivery window, I check the lowes app and see it's now scheduled for 3/9, now I have to take additional time away from work. I call the store and get passed around to multiple different employees, placed on hold, and ultimately hung up on after almost an hour. I call back to speak with a manager who tells me nothing can be done and he'll do his best to make sure I get my delivery on 3/9. Lowe’s in Yuma, AZ has the worst customer service. We paid Lowe’s to send their contractor to our home to measure our windows for blinds. When it was time to pick a color the contractor said to go to the Lowe’s store to look at the color palette. All I wanted was a visual of the colors as opposed to seeing it on a text. The employee that helped us at Lowe’s handed me a binder for the Levolor Blinds Company when I had told her we were wanting to see the colors offered for the Bali Blinds. She was rude and pretty much told me to look for the binder myself. If she couldn’t find the binder, what made her think I could? Today was such a stressful day and Gerardo and Gabe were the best possible people to have been able to help! Not only were they patient and showed amazing customer service but their empathy and compassion was unmatched! The rest of the team there was great too! Everyone was so helpful and over all amazing team! I was so impressed and grateful!

My refrigerator was delivered on Dec 26. The fridge and freezer work great. However, the ice and water dispenser would not work. Able to go through the process of getting the appointment for an installation review. Lowe's will check the installation. Should any further work be required then the warranty on the refrigerator would be used to complete any other needs. Lowe's was very helpful.

I will never shop at Lowe's again. Had a refrigerator delivered payed for haul away service. There haul away service was hauling my old refrigerator to the street and leaving it there. Saying if no picked it up they would be back to get it. They came back 2 days later (after spend over an hour on hold trying to find out why my old refrigerator was still on the street) and said they could not take it because I moved it off the street. And the door had to be opened. I had cleaned the inside of refrigerator. Yes the old refrigerator did set in my home for 2 weeks while I waited for the new one to be delivered that I was told would only take 1 week. Customer Service was a nightmare.
