Had to purchase a new refrigerator with a strict budget in mind. the store was quite overwhelming with options at first until the associate Genaya stopped and asked if I needed help. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. She went above and beyond to help ensure the process went smoothly. She continued following up upon delivery. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Genaya!!

Will not even let you Exchange sealed product WITH receipt. Update: I called the number that was listed in the reply above. After spending an hour on the phone with Lowes, they then transferred me to the original store (#3643) where I spoke to a manager. He basically told me to pound sand. What bothers me the most is that by allowing the exchange of the sealed items (2 Panasonic Bathroom fans) that I had purchased, for something just sitting in the store would cost them NOTHING! ZERO! What would it cost them by not doing an exchange? A very bad opinion of the company, this 1 star review & nothing to be bought from them in the future. Ex: Here is the brand new $1500 LG oven (photo) I bought a few days ago from Home Depot. Would I have even considered Lowes after this experience? Not a chan

I showed up with a budget, an unusual size fridge, and a need for an 8 person household. The manager Mike, helped me find the exact refrigerator I needed for my family. He was funny, kind, and resourceful. I recommend Lowe’s outlet to everyone, simply because of the customer service that Mike the manager gave to me and my boyfriend while we were there. We can’t wait to get our new refrigerator tomorrow!!

Prices, and specially service is great. We got support to buy from Mdme Ogechi and it was wonderful. You can find great opportunities!!!

Prices are great. They had a large selection. Very deceiving . We bought a ceiling fan and light. All sales are final so they do let you open the box and look at it. It looked brand new like it had never been opened. It was still in the plastic. We were so excited, get it home. Nothing works. Waste of money.
