Lowe's in Seneca. Purchased bales of hay. Lowe's must not trust their employees. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes on someone that had a key, to unlock the lock for the guy to be able to unlock his lock. Why do you have cameras if it takes you so long to get to serving the customers. Thanks again Lowe's maybe this will help you to find a better way so you can trust your employees but the gentleman that helped me load the hay was quick and fast to where I did not have to wait any longer. Maybe the position should be given to him and the manager should take his position just a thought
