Lowe's Regional Office

Absolutely ridiculous communication between store and outside vendors. Had my order delayed not once, not twice, but three times and was offered no type of compensation and much less empathy for my frustration. Needless to say that I will be taking my business to Home Depot which is right next door to every Lowe's in the US. As a RM myself, I would be highly concerned with the way my stores are performing, and having an overall rating of 1 star.

The Lowes store at Bryan Irvan, has to have the worst plumbing department in organization I have ever seen in my life in a store of its type and then it dose not carry hardly anything. I want use it any more.

Tulsa hills ok, employee Michael Lee I recently visited the Pro Services department and was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The interaction felt unprofessional, and my questions were not addressed in a courteous or helpful manner. Communication was lacking, and I did not feel valued as a customer. Additionally, management was present during the interaction but did not step in to assist or improve the situation. As a professional customer who relies on efficient service, this experience did not meet expectations. I hope store leadership takes steps to improve professionalism and customer service within the Pro Services department.
