Would not recommend this company. My wife called to have a repair done on an issue with our garage door not staying closed. The tech who came out first quoted me for a new motor as our 3 year old unit was no longer viable. He explained the motherboard was basically fried and we needed a replacement to fix it. He then said he could just fix the springs which ran anywhere from $500-800. Felt very uncomfortable and said I’d like to talk it over with my wife and see if the previous company who installed them a few years ago could potentially come back out. The tech wouldn’t take no for an answer and I eventually told him I’m all set and I’d pay for the service call which was $100. He did not accept credit or debit cards and I wrote the check out to him personally to get him to leave.
