I hired Loyalty Granite (Steven) to do a huge kitchen remodel in my home. He assisted and had some great recommendations to fine detail on how to complete the kitchen of my dreams. We even changed something kind of last minute and he was able to accommodate us on our last minute change. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose loyalty granite for the job, and would not think twice!! During the time of the remodel, I had called several contractors that would never show up, when I called Steven, he was at my house when he said he would be and he completed the job on time. I could not have been happier with the job, and how professional Steven and his team were in my home. They left my house clean, unlike other contractors. I would give more than 5 stars for this quality of work!! T

Loyalty Granite did a phenomenal job on my new build! From start to finish everything was communicated clearly to me from the bid, to the install. We are very happy with how the granite looks. Highly recommend!

I purchased a slab a year ago of Ijen Blue for Steven to cut into a table top. Up until last December I was getting zero to spotty communication, I asked to map out the slab, no response, asked for the price, no response. Working in the industry, I knew an average price for cutting a rectangular table was around $1600 for the size table top I wanted. In January I explained I was moving in 4 months. Steven allowed me to map out finally the slab for the area I wanted as a table top. I then assumed that it would be done within a few weeks. I explained that my moving company was going to physically crate and stand the table Top stabilized in the moving van (American Van lines), and he started a rant that wouldn't work, then I asked about moving it in a U-Haul, he stated bad idea which my old c

I would stay away from this company they don't finish the job which happened to us Steve Hillier also left several messages no return call terrible way to treat people .

Had a wealth of knowledge. Late to appointment, stated when I called that he was stuck in traffic. Didn't send a message ahead to say he was running behind. Quote did not come when promised. Stated he had the flu, we said, totally understand, said he would get it to us multiple times. Never materialized. Concerning if this is before being hired, if the work would get done in a timely fashion. Can't comment on the work, as we ended up hiring a different fabricator.
