Loyalty Insulation

I was so excited about this project, but the moment I saw the quality of their work, everything went downhill. They promised to cover every inch of the carpet and protect the furniture, yet I still decided to move everything myself into one room just to be safe and to make it easier for them. I understand this kind of work can be messy and far from perfect, but what they did was completely careless. They only placed a small plastic sheet in the center of each room, didn’t cover the edges or my TV, and never checked the utility room, which they ended up filling with insulation. My carpets were completely covered in insulation dust, and their “cleaning” was a joke. They just vacuumed the surface, spreading the dust to other areas instead of actually cleaning it. Zach and Scott did an excellent job. They kept me notified when they were coming and did an excellent job laying down plastic barrier, installing and cleaning up. Highly recommend them.
