I would strongly caution anyone considering Loyet for lawn care services. When our subdivision first signed a contract, the service was decent, but each year since then the quality has noticeably declined while the prices have continued to rise. What started as a fair deal quickly turned into a frustrating and expensive experience. Once you’re locked in, expect less attention to detail, rushed service, and poor customer communication. A company that values its customers should reward loyalty with consistent quality. Loyet exploited it with higher prices and lower standards. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a lawn care provider that values transparency and stands behind its work.

Ran over several of our saplings multiple times in our yard when they are supposed to be on the common ground BEHIND our property. Said They would reimburse us. Have attempted to make contact several times since, and he will not respond.

Why the heck are you salting the property when there’s NO SNOW on the ground? You’re looking to make money during the winter scam another property owner

I live in the Carlton Glen subdivision in Wentzville. Loyet is responsible for mowing the common ground areas throughout on a weekly basis. Loyet mows by the main thorofare weekly but mows the common areas every 3 weeks. We have grass that is a foot tall and looks hideous. $40,000 is paid to Loyet on a yearly basis by our HOA dues. None of the common ground is maintained nor fertilized. There is an abundance of weeds growing in the common areas. The dandelions are out of control and blowing into neighbors yards causing more dandelions to grow on fertilized soil. Not to mention the landscapers wanted to dispute my property line because they wouldn't mow the areas they thought were on my property. Our HOA is in the process of getting bids to replace these unethical overpaid landscapers!

Honestly so great full because this company is always a bright sight to me house and it’s always so hot and sunny or cold and snowy and they are always working everyday 24 hours. Couldn’t be me to do that work so greatful for them
