One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever encountered. I called for an estimate on a Monday, was told the estimator was out, and would receive a call back, but did not. I called back on Wednesday, and was told the estimator had not been in, and they hadn't talked to him, with no explanation. When I said this seemed unprofessional, and asked why they couldn't call him, the woman, who identified herself as the owner, angrily said she didn't like the way I was speaking to her, and wasn't interested in my business. I apologized for my tone, then asked when I could expect a call. At that point, she claimed they weren't taking any residential jobs at this time, as they were very "busy". I initially contacted them about 3 months ago about a gate. Had someone come out for an estimate and said they would get one to me soon. Skip forward a month, i call them to see what was going on. They still hadn’t come up with a quote and said they would get back to me soon again. Two more months down the road still haven’t heard back from them. Very unreliable unfortunately and very disappointed since someone had recommended them to me.

Talked to the receptionist and they said they are not taking residential jobs right now and referred me to a guy named Dan that also said he does not do residential unless it is at least 1000 ft for fencing. I don't recommend this company just go with another fencing company if possible.
