If I could give them less stars I would! Inconsistent job, damaged my property, act as though they are in a race of some sort to finish. Uneven grass, not attentive to detail, and damaged my property. I will not leave a review unless the experience was great or totally off! Believe my words and find business elsewhere! Check my photos out!!!!!!

Would not recommend. Their staff drive company vehicles very aggressively & recklessly without care to anyone else. Your Malibu had your company logo on the side. I should have let your driver hit me....

Dear LSI Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service your crew provided yesterday, April 22, 2025, at Chelsea Place Apartments in Murfreesboro (Building I). A younger gentleman from your team was using a leaf blower and, without me even having to ask, took the time to clear off the sticks and pollen pods that had accumulated on my Audi parked under a tree. His small act of consideration made a big difference—my car looked great afterward, and it genuinely made my day. It's clear that your team takes pride in their work, and gestures like this reflect very positively on your company. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend your services. Company is non responsive when you have an issue with them. At first the landscaping supervisor was receptive, after bringing another issue to his attention I began to be ignored. I called the main office and did not receive a call back or anything. I recommend taking your money elsewhere where they value your business.

This driver on 1/31/19 roughly 10:30am in charter 568 has been on his phone texting the entire time from Cool Springs Blvd, through MacHatcher pkwy, and down Hillsboro into Franklin for over 6 miles almost hit me and 2 other cars and was swerving off the road the entire time... This is unacceptable in general let alone with a salt attachment. Very dissapointing because these are the guys that drive through our neighbors daily with our kids playing outside. I really hope something is done to at least teach their drivers the dangers of texting and Dr ving Picture taken stopped at a red light, review written at home.
