LTB provided great service and quick turnaround time when needed on short notice. I found them to be very organized and communicated issues and the proper solution along with an accurate timeline. Their pricing was also fair in comparison to competitors. They actually ended up finishing ahead of schedule which made all the difference before moving into our new place. I cannot recommend them enough especially when it is becoming more difficult to find honest, responsive HVAC support companies.

I contacted an Elmsford based a/c company. They came, remove the cover of the my a/c out in their thermometer and advised me it has a leak. They charge me $341.00 for basically visual inspection and told me that they will email me their quote. I receive the or quote of $5,800.00 for a brand new a/c unit. I contacted LTB Mechanical and Mr Burke came in, test my unit and start working on it, he sealed the leak and recharged my unit with freon. My a/c was cooling again within couple of hours. Kudos to LTB for saving me tons of money. I highly recommend them to anybody.

I was charged $843.78 for this company to come and add coolant to my small AC wall system. The same company came out last year for the same exact job. They charged then $413.12. When I asked them why the same job cost more than double they explained they now have a policy where they send out two people per job and bill for each person's travel time and labor. I told them it was not my business how many people they send out and how many vehicles they send out-- $843.78 to add coolant only and charging twice as much as the previous year for the same job is not acceptable. After three weeks of back and forth they then came back with the excuse that their workers had to wait an hour before getting in the apartment. My tenant denies this claim and says they were let in as soon as they arrived.

This company did quality work and have the most experience members who will fit central air units and ductwork into the tightest spots ever and will get the job done as well as there top notch service staff who take great care and pride in providing high quality work in maintaining the units after they were installed and I can't forget the lovely customer service "Rachel" who was very helpful in setting up appointments and helping me with all the details I needed to sort out. You will never regret calling this company, but you will regret not calling them as they are the best. I give them 100 stars 🌟
