I’m house sitting for my brother and his pool looked liked it needed some extra help. I came here since this was close to his house and talk about expectations! Ms. Debra went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. In 12 hours, the pool was already transformed. I told my brother that this is the only pool place he can go to. They know what they’re talking about.

We’ve been customers of Luau for the past couple of years. As first-time pool owners, we needed help and education, and these folks have been so great to work with. We’ve just finished a liner replacement and some other upgrades, and everything turned out just perfect! So nice to work with a family owned and run local business that really cares about their customers and community.

This bad review is primarily for their pool repair/house calls service. Matt, inside the store, has always been excellent. Bought a pool from luau pools 3-4 years ago. Noticed a leak in my pool at the end of last summer but went ahead and closed up my pool like normal. Started calling in February to get on the schedule to have them either come repair or replace my pool liner. The leak is significant enough that I couldn’t open my pool without it being repaired. Got the run around for months on when I could get an appointment for them to come. I kept trying to explain that I still had the pool still covered (to protect it from further damage) and would need some notice before they came so it could be removed and ready for them to repair. RUDE!!!! I called to ask about above ground pool installation services, the receptionist was so incredibly rude and unprofessional I can’t imagine how they are still in business. She informed me they do not do above ground installations but have third party contractors that do. I ask her if I could get a few names and numbers to see if they would be interested in installing our pool. She said NO! We don’t give out our contractors to other people, then hung up the phone on me!!! First of all, if they’re third party they make their money doing jobs for several different companies and to deny a potential customer to them is ridiculous.

They were extremely courteous extremely helpful they were the most nicest people I've ever dealt with. I will never use any other pool place accept them. I cannot praise more of the staff,staff,store,the products and extreme customer service, compliments about them the staff was extremely nice they told me how to do things. they explained products. they even told me where to find products or they would order it for me and ship to my home. showed me they also saved me money and if there was something they didn't have they explained to me and how I can get it I would definitely tell everybody to go there thank you again the well pools for helping me
