Our contractor insisted on using Luban cabinets, and as a home owner I now regret that decision for a variety of reasons. Buyer beware of the following: 1. All base cabinets have a very weird "3/4 length shelves" in them. It's incredibly odd, non-standard, and not useful. It's literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a cabinet. 24" depth shelves are standard... not 18" shelves inside of a 24" deep cabinet. 2. The soft-close hardware that come with the cabinets technically does the job, but you can tell that the quality is poor (rough, not smooth). 3. Cabinet dimensions come in few sizes. Our contractor came up with a design and when ordering the cabinets he realized he couldn't actually do the design he suggested because the cabinets are made in relatively few dimensions. While the

My personal account manager was Min all this time and she is very professional and helpful in any manner. Also loading crew is always help to load your order with smile and happy faces all the time. This is an updated review The warped pantry door is replaced at the end. I got helped in Dec two days after I left my Google reviews. Thank you Luban for sorting it out! I appreciate businesses that care about their customers feedback. ++++ I toured multiple cabinets stores in Seattle and Kent area and eventually chose Luban cabinet for my kitchen remodeling. I bought the cabinets via our general contractor. What I like about it: I like their showrooms. The door has more nice color/style compared to other RTA cabinets. What made me regret my decision to choose Luban: some damaged parts and not easy to get answers, I have to take the loss. Chipped door frame, bad paint, they do not replace the warpped pantry door. My general contractor had to buy more brackets to secure the frames. ---

I did a visit as someone in comment mentioned that this good for DIY purpose. But this place will turn you down if you are not contractor. When the time that all diy persons are contractors?

I recommend this place to buy your kitchen or bathroom cabinets. I have been installing this furniture for 8 years and they are of excellent quality.
