I called Lucas Mechanical due to an HVAC system that could not keep up. I had a great experience working with them. They were responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on, and made me feel apart of the process in finding a solution. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The job was done efficiently and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Sean arrived aware that I have appliance insurance and must utilize the company designated by the insurance provider or incur additional costs for system replacement. Sean was incredibly helpful as he conducted his assessment and concluded that I needed a new HVAC system, providing me with an estimate while understanding that I would need to work with the appliance company recommended by the insurance provider. He was not obligated to provide me with an estimate or to review the quote I received from another company to ensure it was reasonable for a new HVAC system, yet he did so out of professionalism and empathy for my frustration with the three different HVAC companie

Last Sunday late afternoon when the Bears were about to play their big game against the Rams, our 25-year-old Carrier furnace died. Within 90 minutes, Robert from Lucas was here at work on the unit. A day later, he was here again with Martine to disassemble and remove the old furnace, and within 24 hours our new 2-stage Carrier was heating our home. Sean, too, played a crucial role in doing a house call to inspect both the furnace the the rooftop ac unit and then giving us options for their replacement.
