I recently had to have my carpet replaced in my condo and I was referred to Luce Brothers. Best decision I have made in a long time. Everyone I worked with was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The installation was very seamless and Chris & Tony did a tremendous job installing the rugs. Keith came out to do the appraisal and I was very impressed and confident in my decision to use them because of his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. Luce Brothers are the absolute best! My project was to replace basement carpeting. At Luce Brothers I found Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring - a hardwood-looking floor suitable for basements. I was able to bring home samples from their store and settled on a beautiful color. From then on, Luce Brothers handled everything! They measured, ripped out old carpet, leveled the floor, installed vapor barrier and the flooring and also did the basement stairs. Keith, Al and Paul worked together like a "well oiled machine" and were so nice, kind and professional. When my pool table was re-assembled on the new floor, the installer was shocked and could not believe that the new floor was completely level and NO shims had to be used for leveling at all! We had a leak in our basement. We had wall to wall carpet. We wanted to replace with luxury vinyl flooring, although insurance was all for more carpet. I had a referral to Luce Brothers Floor Covering in Marlborough from a friend. We found a Coretec LVP that we loved. We met with Keith who came to the house and measured. Super nice, down to earth, hard working man. We scheduled install a few weeks later. A man, Al, was the installer. Professional and a perfectionist! If you’re looking to get a new floor look no more. Luce Brothers is great. Efficient, tidy, helpful. I wasn’t easily able to get to the store so they brought the samples to me to choose from. I highly recommend them!
