Luckie's Pinestraw is top notch! From the initial measuring for a quote, communicating on when they were to arrive & the actual installation. I was a little complicated in what I wanted & they delivered! They even sent me a video & waited for my in-person approval before sending me an invoice. Not to mention the guys installing were so polite & professional! I highly recommend Tracey & her team!

Fast and efficient. Quick to answer any questions, Dan & Tracy were very helpful and kind over the phone. Accurate estimate and with only $15 delivery/installation fee for Lee County, it’s well worth it. They were able to come out the next day- the guys showed up right on time, and they were also great with communicating everything and got the job done quick. Their cheapest option was still high quality pine straw, looks great. Tracy called back to make sure I was happy before texting the invoice link. Wish every business could operate like this, highly recommend!
