To explain this experience and get the details fully across is impossible. I met Alex when I was contemplating putting in a pool. I contacted him for an estimate and he came over that same afternoon, I had the estimate that evening. Communication was awesome. I waited some time before I had the work done but Alex worked with me in communication and all was completed yesterday! Alex, Connor and Beau showed up exactly on time, explained what they were going to do, got to work and finished on time! The communication throughout the day was great, they work very well together and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs! For a new homeowner with many questions regarding something very unfamiliar, they answered all my questions, explained things to me on my learning level and didn't make me feel stup

Lucky 13 did a wonderful job installing our new denitrification septic system. They were great with communication and answering any questions we had. Even when the job was interrupted with some rainy weather halting digging, they used that time to clear trees and brush and got the job done quickly. They even returned 2 weeks later to touch up some loam settling around the tanks due to heavy rains. Would highly recommend calling them for septic and excavation needs!
