I posted a request on a Facebook group and Rick replied right away. I reached out to him and he came the same day to provide a quote on a small, quick job which he ended up completing while on site for the quote. Will definitely keep him in mind for future projects.

I hired him for several jobs, but unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. Despite quoting a higher price for these tasks, the service provided was disappointing for the following reasons: 1- Incomplete Work: One of the issues was a leaking window. He initially suggested that the problem might be due to the flashing and promised to investigate and fix it. However, when he arrived, he noticed part of the siding wasn’t properly installed and just clicked it in and didn’t bother to investigate further or fix it. When I followed up, he changed his explanation to "initial fix" and then said I'd need to pay more to resolve the issue. 2- Prolonged Timelines and Lack of Accountability: Several jobs were left unfinished for long periods. For example, he was supposed to replace a downspout

Ricky has been a huge help for all types of repairs and updates. I've hired him many, many times for my properties. Every client I've referred him to loves him as well.
