Ludlow Heating & Cooling

Would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional service. The technician who came to do the work was literally looking up instructions on Google while trying to fix the issue. Honestly, my regular non-certified electrician could have done a better job. To make matters worse, the work wasn’t even done properly — a part wasn’t screwed in correctly. When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they told me it would cost $175 just for coming out again. Where originally has already changed almost 2k Charging a customer to correct your own incomplete or poorly done work is outrageous and unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.

Tom and his entire team at Ludlow were true professionals from the start of the project until completion. Tom was able to thoroughly walk me through each of the options I had for replacing the furnace in my home and went the extra mile to get answers (and a discount) directly from the manufacture for specific concerns to my home. The installation was done professionally and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Ludlow and Tom Wood without any reservation for anyone considering heating replacement units in their home. Thanks for a job well done guys.

Im sure the work Ludlow does is great and I wanna use them to address the problem im having. They were quick to get someone to diagnose my non working central air however, I know my central air doesnt work, I want it repaired. The time to get a subsequent appointment to even have ludlow write an estimate is 2 weeks away with installation dates this winter? The guy I spoke to in the office was prompt courteous and professional and honest but its a heat wave. I wanna do the job, unless theres some sort of parts problem or they are that short handed on technicians I just dont understand how a customer has to wait till winter to fix central air. Its only august.

My boiler broke down early this spring (when it was still cold) and I contacted a few firms to get me a quote for a replacement. Most of them rather arrogantly quoted me their most expensive solution and told me it was the only way to go. Ludlow, on the other hand, actually listened to me and worked out a solution that fit within my budget and addressed my needs. The technicians were pleasant to deal with and very professional and the end result was perfect and eliminated the issues I've had with air in the radiators throughout the house. All in all, a great experience!

I am a long time resident in the area. I had heard wonderful comments regarding Ludlow Heating and Cooling. After years of having my air conditioning system serviced by another company, I decided to use the so called "Best Heating and Cooling Co. in our area". I signed a contract with Ludlow Cooling department to take care of my cooling system and hope that their service would be as good as I was told it would be. The first time their man serviced both my air conditioners. We did not have replacement filters to change as the previous service provider always carry them.
