Greg and his team are super efficient and thorough at what they do. Responsive, helpful and great customer service. We have had two major instances in our house over the past 2 years. First was a flooding situation in the basement and 2nd was a dishwasher leak that lead to mold situation. Both times, the remediation and restoration was handled smoothly. Greg and his team worked with us to make sure the process was seamless and as less stressful as possible for us. They will even work with your insurance company to make sure you get the most $$. My first experience using Voda Carpet Cleaning was exceptional. My wife and I had returned home from shopping on Columbus Day (a holiday Monday) to find that our 120 lb German Shepherd had been sick and trashed (#2 and vomit) multiple carpeted rooms and hallways. I would like to share the sequence of events that took place. At approx 2:40 pm I'm a little panicked about the health of my dog and the mess that has been made. I contacted Voda cleaning for a project in my attic. The response time was within 24 hours. They came on time for the appointment The pricing of the project was reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner. I was impressed by the work and was very very satisfied with the results. If anyone is looking for mold remidation and water stains clean up I higlights recommend Voda.

Basement was flooding due to a burst water heater and we were freaking out. My wife and I contacted Voda to see what times they had to come aid us in remediation of the situation and they were on their way to us almost instantly. The team did a great job turning a disaster of a situation after my house got painted and absolutely covered in dust all over. Couches that were riddled with dust were cleaned to look brand new and the floors, you wouldn’t know anything ever happened. Great pricing, excellent communication and service and professionalism, and they turned a stressful, unhealthy situation into a clean home once again and helped me get back to normal.
