Ludlow Heating & Cooling

I had a floor AC unit installed in my bedroom. It was used as needed at night for 2 seasons. I used it for about a month during this past summer and noticed a water stain on the ceiling beneath. Water had been dripping from the gravity drain head located on the bottom of the unit and onto the floorboards since the install. The drain was pitched towards the unit rather than away from the unit. The back of the AC unit is mounted to a storage space. The water which was dripping out of the drain head was not noticeable. This was an improper installation. The workmanship of the install is also terrible. I called Ludlow Heating to diagnose and correct the problem. There were some issues with our filter when we got our first fill and they were quick to fix it and have been a wonderful team to make sure our house is staying warm! I called Ludlow's about repairing my HVAC; it would not turn on with the switch inside the house. Mr. Ludlow and his son came to my home to assess the problem. They said theTXV needed to be replaced. We made an appointment for the repair. They were on time & fixed it within an hour. I have cool air again! Mr Ludlow and his son were very respectful and patiently answered my questions.
