Luhrs City Center Parking Garage - ParkABM

I give 3 out of 5 only because the garage did not allow in and out privileges. We were hoping to use it for that purpose. Their price was a better price than valet at nearest hotel, we ended up using valet instead. The garage is located in a great place, easy to access from the street and it looked well maintained.

Booked through spothero for a baseball game at chase Field on a Wednesday afternoon, cost me $20 for 7 hours of parking. Google maps gave bad directions with the one way streets downtown (entrance is on the west side.) a few right turns will get you where you need to go if you are heading from the east as we were. I have parked here in the past for events and have not had any issues with paying or getting in/out - but with spothero it was as simple as driving up, having the attendant scan the QR code on my phone, it printed out ticket and to get out we just inserted the prepaid ticket and the gate opened. The turns in and out of the ramps are tight, if you have a truck or SUV I wouldn't recommend parking here, I did watch a F150 catch the rims on a curb going down a floor. Luckily we were

Expensive parking. The elevator doesn't even go up to the top floor, it's very hot in the elevator in the summer. The stairs and elevator smell and look horrible, I can't imagine what diseases are in there, try not to touch anything. The only plus is that there are actual people there to speak to if you have an issue.

Loved the walk from this garage to the arena! Well lit, lil narrow for our liking but can't complain!

If you prepay through Park Chirp you still have to pay to get out. They steal from you and it is a scam. Very dishonest business. I even provided receipts and they won't make things right. I can't imagine how many people have been screwed over by Park Chirp. FTC has been made aware of their practices.
