**[Exceptional Service on a Saturday]** I want to express my sincere appreciation to Luke for his outstanding support — especially on a Saturday when most businesses were closed. I’m writing this review even as I wait for the final results, simply because the level of service I received deserves recognition. (“The Situation”) This was my first time contacting Luke, and I reached out while I was in full panic mode. I had discovered an ant problem in my vehicle that escalated quickly over just a few days. I just purchased a new home and noticed a few ants upon moving in. After speaking with Luke for the first time over the phone, I appreciated how throughly he answered all of my questions. We finally scheduled for him to come out to service our home, and I’m so glad we did! I have two toddlers who are at the stage where they’re putting everything in their mouths and are always playing on the floor. I love how Luke’s products are non toxic and all natural. A day after servicing our home, I did not see not even a single ant after carefully checking the entire house. I had tried to take care of my wasp issue around the front of my house but I needed reinforcements...Luke arrived, took care of the other wasp nests and the stragglers. He was so very friendly and cared about getting the job done. If I could give him more stars I would, such an amazing person and thank you very much for your help! 10/10 recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Luke is amazing. All natural, non-toxic. We used to have zillions of monsters (palmetto bugs -- those horrifyingly huge flying cockroaches) in our house on a regular basis. Now we don't have any at all. And if you do start to get a few "visitors", Luke will make an extra trip out (no extra charge) and take care of it. I love this guy. He does great work. He also strikes me as being very honest.
