Had a broken dryer, did a search for appliance repair. Pinnacle popped up in Palm Harbor, where we live. Jason came out the next morning & was terrific!! Absolutely professional and capable. Explained the problem and the cost, fixed it in a half hour, very fair reasonable pricing and excellent service. I highly recommend Pinnacle appliance.!

Gave Jason a call to inquire if he could help me with my wine fridge that had ceased working. He had me share some model info and scheduled promptly for the next day “hopeful” repair. Jason arrived on schedule and was able to diagnose quickly that a relay/starter was the issue. Best of all he had the part with him from prior knowledge of wine cooler repairs he had done previous. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality service that I received. When I called their office, the lady that took the call was extremely pleasant and helpful and got Jason the service tech scheduled for the same day. We have a Samsung dryer that the element went bad. Jason dismantled the dryer. Not only did he replace the element he cleaned the inside of the dryer. Here is the best part pinnacle appliance repair was approximately $100-$150 less costly than other companies I called. Quite truthfully, they are a good five star company.
