Don't buy from this place, their flooring is sub standard and on top of it when you ask for warranty repair / replacement, they will not honor it. Within 2 years their flooring started to have issues. And it was installed by contractor who is part of their pro installers. Attaching pictures for others to see, stay away from this guys

Joe was also accommodating when we needed to return unused items.

The store manager is very rude and used a racist term against me by calling me "ghetto trash" over a parking space. I will definitely pray for him because to have that much hatred against a person for a parking spot, he truly needs prayer. I would truly think again about shopping here because he obviously he doesn't like women nor minority people. There are more friendly and welcoming businesses in Albany NY.
