After an exhaustive search for hardwood flooring in our area, we were excited to discover Lumber Liquidators had reopened in Beaumont, Texas. The two employees Chris and Erica, and manager Paul were all very helpful. Their knowledge of the LL product was excellent and their showroom meticulous. They listened to our needs, responded accordingly and answered our numerous questions in detail. Nobody got frazzled while experiencing challenges with the just implemented financing system and readily adapted to the computer program to help us make our purchase. Dago (the installation supervisor) scheduled and arrived early to take measurements and thoroughly discussed the flooring quirks of our older house. Great staff great location. And they were open on Sunday yes Sunday. We needed to purchase a floor for our home remodel and they had it in stock . The staff was very educated on the different types of floor and what was best for our job. We are also taking advantage of the professional installation. Thankyou Chris and Erica you both rock.
