The Quality, workmanship and beautiful installation was exceptionally well done, precisely executed and an absolute joy to work with. Specifically I would highlight and highly recommend James Mccormick and Kevin out of the Braintree Massachusetts location as they were both exceptionally helpful, with guidance, recommendations and being resourceful. I am a regular at this location. James is phenomenal to work with, as well as Kevin and the rest of his staff. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. It’s always a great experience. If, by chance, a product isn’t in stock, he will get it quickly, or find it at another location. I highly recommend this store.

Today I called in to get some floors for a project. We are doing at the house. James answer the phone. It was extremely helpful. He found the exact floor I was looking for to match my house, Sent me a link to pay and assisted me with pick up instead of Shipping since I needed it ASAP. I had a wonderful experience with the store and very thankful to James who took his time to help me.
