She helped me get a team in to measure the apartment, color match to existing wood, provided samples and was extremely responsive to any inquiries my contractors had about the floor installation. She is excellent at customer service and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have such an assertive and knowledgeable employee. Recently purchased oak wood floors for my new home, and the crew here in Brooklyn is fantastic. Yani helped me pick the floors, Dave helped us with all the little details and tips and tricks, Travis was amazing - he handled the orders and loaded the cases of floors straight to my van.
