Order errors that like to spend other companies time are unacceptable. Between the confusion and lack of organization, it felt like a circus over here. Not surprised by the 3.6-star rating — this experience explains it.

Went it to scout some vinyl flooring on a friend’s recommendation. The staff were amazing and gave a detailed walkthrough on their catalog. Overall an amazing experience shopping here. Ask for Sharlaawe when you get there, really nice young man.

Corelux - Charleston Oak, is an awesome flooring product. Beautiful, durable and easy to clean. LL Flooring reps and installers are great to work with. They think ahead and help to think the project through to completion. After three flooring installs, I recommend the material and the people.

Got our flooring here and it was great! Employees were very nice at this location. Helped us pick out what kind of flooring we wanted and I loved what we picked!

Just tried to return/swap the Oak flooring that I bought to match my old flooring because it has way too many imperfections to use. Was told they don't take unfinished wood as a return. They made no effort to take responsibility for their defective product. Sold me garbage - Will never buy from this company again
