I recently visited Lumber Liquidators to look at vinyl flooring for my outdoor porch, and I was genuinely impressed with the honesty and professionalism from Victor. Instead of just making a sale, he told us straight up that vinyl flooring wouldn’t be ideal outside because of how much it expands and contracts. I really appreciated that level of integrity. Victor didn’t stop there—he walked us through other options and even gave us ideas for future projects. He was extremely friendly, patient, and clearly knows his products. The store has a solid selection of hardwood, rigid vinyl, LVP, and even a more rugged carpet option that could work for different setups. Overall, outstanding service. Called ahead for the purchase of silicone barrier. Kenneth was very helpful and courteous. He listened to all my concerns and then helped me make a decision that suited our time frame best. When I came into the store for pickup my daughter and I were greeted by Candace and Victor. Who not only had friendly smiles and conversation ready for us, but our order ready to go! If e hasn't been having such a good time talking to them, we could have been in and out in record time. The staff here cares about helping their customers, and takes great care in helping you find expert solutions to all your flooring needs. I recommend them 1000 times over and will be returning for our future flooring needs!

The service was great, but the floor quality was horrible. We were told we were purchasing high quality flooring (BELLAWOOD) but it was horrible. We took great care but the wood is super fragile and even with “no shoes” rule it slowly deteriorates . It bothers me so much that I know one day I will need to replace it. I called to tell them of the low quality and the response was dismissive.
