Lumber Liquidators

I am a contractor in Columbia. I have been dealing with Lumber Liquidators of Columbia for quite some time. Zach and Jeff always been top notch and very professional. Always eager to help and never fail to go above and behind to make sure me or my customers are taken care of. I recommend all of my clients to visit them for flooring options. If their was a 6th star available. I would have chosen it.

Awesome experience working with Seth who went over and above to help solve a renovation issue. He was knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to work with on my project. We bought our flooring from them years ago so I was delighted that he found exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend Seth and Lumber Liquidators!

Complete waste of my time. I'm a female, and as is typical of some businesses that are accustomed to dealing with male customers, I was given the runaround. Don't underestimate someone because of their gender. I happen to be co-owner of a contracting business for over 20 years. However, I don't disclose that detail when it's not necessary. The guy spoke with wouldn't answer my questions directly. He was dishonest about a couple of things as well but that's another story. I would just appreciate being treated as a customer who has the knowledge of what they're doing and funds to purchase what they want without being treated as though I'm substandard because I'm not a male.

Great customer service, Jeff informed us of the different options of flooring they had. Highly Recommend. We definitely will be back for future projects.
