If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Had flooring installed in December, an over $7,000 job. Contractors absolutely destroyed my house, cracked whole room’s worth of molding, broke doors, and even disconnected my alarm system. The installation itself was even poor with several issues occurring the same day with uneven wood, transition pieces lifting, and an unfinished stair. Took a month to fix all the issues due to an unprepared and aggressive contractor having to come back several times to fix the issues they created. Fast forward to February and my floor is already cracked. Escalated to corporate and they refused to even acknowledge the issues with partial compensation because it’s not in their contract. Avoid Alpha Consulting and any work with Lumber Liquidators at all

I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked into the store in East Brunswick and spoke with Dylan I felt like I had made the right choice. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and not only helped me select my floor but worked with me on the financing and explained the process to me. He then connected me to the installer, Mauro. When Mauro came to my home to measure and provide me with an estimate, he too was incredibly knowledgeable and made recommendations, and in the end there was very little waste. Our experience with LL Flooring Store (#183) in East Brunswick, New Jersey was very positive! From the very beginning of making an appointment for estimate to the very end of finishing the installation the store manager Dylan and his staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions, offered some suggestions, made the ordering and delivery of the products as smooth as possible. As our estimator and installer, Mauro and his team were truly the best! They were very patient with us, explained the different layouts, provided us with some great ideas, even helped us with the returns of the unused materials and labor.
