Flooring Falling Apart – Warranty Useless After Bankruptcy I purchased flooring and had it installed by LL Flooring (formerly Lumber Liquidators). Less than one year later, the floor is falling apart — warping, separating, and deteriorating. To make matters worse, LL Flooring filed for bankruptcy and will not honor their warranties or installation guarantees. I tried contacting their customer service and local store, but was told there’s nothing they can do because the company that sold me the flooring “no longer exists.” This is incredibly frustrating. I paid thousands for what I thought was professional-grade flooring and installation. Now I’m stuck with damaged floors and zero accountability. If you’re considering buying from the rebranded Lumber Liquidators, be extremely cautious.

Great staff. Amazing product - walnut vanity top for our master bath. Solid wood, top- notch product. They referred us to an installer, Mike, who cut and sealed the wood and installed it for us with two vessel sinks and faucets. The final job looks amazing!! Thank you.

Awesome people, Sindyl and the others, plus the manager, at the Ft Myers store are amazing. I am new at doing floors and they helped me complete the job and make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done right. Highly recommend doing business with them ypu won’t regret it.

Went in to look at flooring and the 5 stars are for Kim. She really knows her stuff!!! No pressure but great info and extremely professional....knowledge the average salesperson doesn't usually offer.
