Lumber Liquidators

I had an excellent experience at Lumber Liquidators in Hillsborough, NJ. We recently bought our first home and needed waterproof vinyl flooring to replace the carpet in our living room. Initially, we ordered flooring from Costco, but it turned out to be the wrong material—and when we tried to find the color we wanted, they didn’t have it. While Costco’s prices are reasonable, their selection is limited. That’s when we found Lumber Liquidators. My husband and I worked with Gene, and he was outstanding. The flooring we wanted was out of stock locally, but Gene went above and beyond—he located it at their PA store and even offered to pick it up for us. Iwent to Lumber Liquidators when my floors were ruined by water for the 2nd time. Peter was great! Replacing my floors was no small feat; or was out of stock and had to be gathered from several locations., and that's exactly what he did. Through the several mind changes, exploring other options and ideas, Peter never changed tempo. He was supportive, encouraging and always made us feel like we were on track. I don't do many reviews, but the store manager Pete went above and beyond with customer service, cordination with the floor installation team and to confirm everthing was to my family's satisfaction. I felt I owed it to him nice job. Thanks again!

We just had our new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our home and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Working with Peter on our project was extremely helpful as his knowledge and expertise on flooring was very valuable and appreciated. The crew that installed the floor from Alpha Flooring were top notch and very hard working. All in all a great experience.

We bought our laminate flooring from here and we’re happy. Peter is a good dude. I took one star off as they attempted to nickel and dime me for a 25% restocking fee. It was on one add’l box I needed but then my contractor indicated he didn’t need. Peter called me back after I spoke to Corporate and they waived the restocking fee after all. I would recommend this place and Peter. Just make sure if you have a weird situation to discuss it first.
