Lumber Liquidators

I’ve done business with lumber liquidators multiple times, but this is the only time I have ever felt compelled to leave a positive review. The primary reason for the amazingly positive experience at this particular lumber liquidators is because of John Thais. Every time I stopped in the store or called on the phone for whatever the reason may have been, not only was John helpful, but he was always just an upbeat, positive person. I feel like most people don’t care about their job or customer service today, so it’s a real pleasure to do business with somebody that truly cares, makes an effort, and is a really nice guy. Thanks for all of your help, John. I truly appreciate you.

Great experience all around. Had a little hiccup but John and Will went out of their way to make things right. The flooring is beautiful.
