Lumber Liquidators

Ordered 10 samples, recieved only one. Contacted customer service. I requested a refund for the unshipped samples. Instead they decided it would be better to just reship them to me...when I insisted on cancelling the new shipment and to be given a refund. They said no. Rediculous. It was $65, they would not refund $65.

Our experience with LL Flooring was 5 stars start to finish! The young woman (I think Christina?) at the Lee’s Summit store was helpful and responsive every time I called the store with a question. She made sure that the sale I bought the floors with applied when I needed to add some extra material AND that the materials were in good condition. I ended up wanting my entryway floors to match the kitchen after they already came to measure. That was no issue at all and the change order process was a breeze on-site during install. The installers (Betancourt) were a class act! They took great care of our floors and our home. We are in the middle of a full home remodel so they gave us some great tips on protecting the new wood floors until construction is done. Lastly, the floors look beautif

The product we purchased was great and the price was very reasonable at LL Flooring as it was on sale. The staff was also very nice. However. be aware of the Contractor they use. He was absolutely horrible to work with. If your floors are not 100% perfect underneath, I would recommend reaching out to another installer. The Contractor lied to us multiple times, strung us along for weeks and was disrespectful. We were disappointed that the staff did very little to help the situation they put us in.
