Lumber Liquidators

We ordered $250 worth of wood flooring that looked pretty rough when it arrived and when I asked about it we were told that we were looking at “probably 20% waste” as if it was normal to pay full price for waste. Turned out at least half of the flooring was unusable, full of huge knots and holes and ragged edges. When I called to find out what we could do about it the only solution given was that they could refund us $40. I had family that was planning to use this company for the their floors but there’s no way I’m recommending them now.
