Lumber Liquidators

Very good company I needed some wood floors for my house and found their products and prices at much better rating than the big brand name chain stores. I ordered 1600 SF finished hardwood 0.75” thick, all their customer support and sales personnel either on the phone or in the shop were very helpful and consistent of their promises and quality. My wood arrived last month, and just now started installing it and it looks great. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to buy wood floors.

Do not use this company for any flooring purposes. Previously known as LL flooring they filed for bankruptcy a week after we had their floor installed. Give LL flooring or lumber liquidators a quick Google or Reddit search. I do not think they’ve fixed their formaldehyde issues because our house reeked of it during install. Their installers did a horrendous job and LL refused to do anything to fix it and said they are no longer honoring past LL customer contracts due to the bankruptcy and business restructuring. When we purchased the floor they told us it was commercial grade. The installers they hired easily scratched, chipped, and damaged the floor. The installers did work with us separately to fix what they could and that took 7 extra months. When we signed the contract they advertised

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have been in contact with them over my damaged car and it took a week to get that settled correctly through insurance. I have now had to contact them, because the flooring they sold us is falling apart and damaged! There was a literal Maggot in one of the boxes. They never call you back when they say they will its ridiculous. I just want my money back at this point, but its doubtful since some of the flooring was installed and cut to fit even though it wouldn't stay together and we now have to replace the whole floor. Edit: I see you reply on here like you're willing to help, but that's not true. We are getting nothing back for defective flooring, because it was opened and attempted to be installed. So don't trust their replies on these reviews. I will update again

Liar Liquidators is the absolute worst place to buy flooring. I'm sure they will delete this review as they delete all the ones they don't like. They don't care one bit about customers. They don't care about selling you quality products. They will not make it right with you. They will 100% take your money and then act like you do not exist. The flooring we bought can't be installed because the click and lock edges are brittle, broken, misshapen, bug infested, and warped. They wont take it back if the box is opened but when your order it they say it can ONLY be sent to THEIR store not my house. They say they need to "inspect and count it." What they really mean is they open all the boxes so you can't return it. We have spoken to several different people with "customer service" and they say

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I put the Bellawood flooring down throughout my house, and in just over 1 year it is full of splits, cracks, and dangerous splinters. After endless hours of emails and calls, they will NOT honor the 30 year warranty. They conveniently blame it on bankruptcy, YET they still sell this horrible product.
